"We had an excellent three-night stay pre-cruise. It’s a beautiful property and our corner room was outstanding. Very spacious, comfortable, and silent with an enormous double-sink bath, separate tub and shower, and a window. Hotel is surrounded by restaurants and shopping with metro station access right outside the hotel entrance. "

"너무 복잡하지 않은 여행지에 위치해 있으며, 주요 여행지와 근거리에 있고 교통이 편리하다. 숙소도 청결하고 깨끗했으나 부페식 조식 메뉴가 더 다양했으면 좋을것 같다. 부페식 조식 식당의 뷰(도쿄타워, 후지산)이 너무 좋았고, 일식 조식의 맛이 너무 훌륭했으며 매우 친철했다!"

A couple of negative points: check-in process was long, the hotel is very luxurious but old facilities and needs to be refreshed (expand the fitness room, add streaming services in room TVs, general decor…), sometimes long breakfast line in the morning (maybe expand the breakfast hours?).
