"I have travelled extensively both with work and leisure and have to say that this was one of the best hotels I have stayed in. Excellent property, quiet and comfortable, friendly and helpful staff and a very good (and scenic) restaurant.
I shall return......!"

"Wr use the hotel often when visiting our granddaughter, so don't use any of the facilities.

"Staff were good
Room was not too clean
Breakfast was ok but pastries were very small. The bacon sausages etc were not very warm and Always waiting for top ups.
Bar had only one person serving which meant long waits!"

"Upon arrival we were met with loud music what seemed like a soul weekender. There was forewarning regarding this and our room was not ready. We had a child of 8 with us so it was a bit unfair on him.
The bathroom had no fascia on the shower temp control and there was mould on the ceiling. The tissue box had no tissues in during our two night stay. The mini fridge was not stocked upon arrival .
When I asked if I could see the room before I was paid I was told they needed a managers consent which...

"Lovely location with beautiful views. We had asked if we could have a room with a view, but on arrival we were given ground floor which was quite dark inside and overlooking the rooms accross from ours, we were moved to an upper floor again overlooking the next accommodation block and a little brighter, if you book try and get one with a view.
The bed was comfortable but the bathroom shower cubicle leaked water and the shower head kept dropping so had to keep adjusting it really needs a new...

"Great location for the international arena, hotel was well maintained and clean although the room was a bit cold and the hot water in the bath/shower was scalding or freezing and the hand basin didn’t get hot. Staff were very pleasant and the breakfast was great, I would recommend."

"Constant smell of cheap air fresheners in the halls, food was overcooked and took an extremely long time to arrive, people arriving after me were served there food before me.
My experience was all the staff were in their early twenties, Maybe my issue were down to a lack of experience being on hand.
Definitely not the worst place I’ve stayed in but can definitely be improved."
