"The staff were incredible and the room was beautiful. The bed was clean and comfortable and the runway view was lovely to wake up to. I didn't eat there, but did have a drink upon arrival and the bar was well run, too."

"Good location, not too far from the railway station.
The late check-out on a Sunday (1pm) was great for having a shower and changing after the Reading Half Marathon.
Lots of places to eat nearby, if you don't fancy eating in the hotel.
Room and bathroom were clean and functional.
Tea and coffee-making facilities available."

"Great location next to the airport. Rooms were clean and sound proofing brilliant. The quietist airport hotel we've ever stayed in. Aircon worked great not hot and stuffy like other hotels. Staff helpful.Did not eat there so can't comment on food."

"Bathroom floor was dirty in multiple locations, hadn't been swept. The tub also had this black liquid leaking out the top drain so we didn't use it.
Room stunk of cigarettes even though the hotel is supposed to be smoke free, potentially from the people smoking infront of the hotel entrance and it seeping in but if that's the case keep windows clean or freshen the room at the very least.
Tried to call front desk to change room but no one ever picked up."

"Very friendly staff. The room was clean and well maintained. The only negatives, would be that it is located far away from things to do.It is walking distance from the airport but no way to walk there, $30 Uber for a 5 min drive."

"The room had great AC. Front desk person very nice although check in process was prolonged. We arrived rather late around 10 pm and front desk said they had to check if the room was clean which seemed odd. The carpets were stained inside the room and out which was unappealing."

"The guy at the reception (I forgot his name) was very cordial and helpful. He helped us arrange for a cab early in the morning the next day to catch our flight. The room was clean and beds comfortable"
