"The hotel has been downgraded than the last time i stayed in 2 years ago. No baggage assistance, no free parking (in old town so may be normal). But the receptionists is friendly. "

"Roomy. The small bed room looks old. need some decoration to make it lively. it also need more plug to charge phone....etc. there isn't any plug (standard plug) to use in the the small rooms. Plenty in big room"

"We stayed at this hotel as a last minute booking after our previous reservation fell through- the best thing about this hotel is the staff and service!! We had a small issue with our room and they dealt with it immediately with no quibble moved us and could not have been more helpful on all fronts. Very friendly place to stay would recommend! "
