"A beautiful hotel with 4 pools and loads of sunbeds that are cleaned everyday. All the staff are very good as well as the cleaners. Everyone was kind, polite and helpful. Breakfast was very good and a feast of food for everyone's tastes. Wonderful stay I would not hesitate to book again."

"I enjoyed a 5 night break at Sands. A little apprehensive due to several negative reviews however my experience was very positive. The rooms are a good size and have everything you need including full fridge freezer and dishwasher. The entire complex is very clean and is thoughtfully laid out. "Staff were friendly and helpful, and the facilities were all clean and in order. There's two pools, with the one closer to reception being considerably warmer than the other and being where most of the hotels activities took place. Had booked this up quite late, so really wasn't expecting much, but I'm happy to say that I was pleasantly surprised and I'd definitely book up here again."

"We had a wonderful 9 days at Barcelo Playa Blanca. It was a wonderful hotel with amazing facilities, incredibly clean and rooms were fantastic. This was pretty much the first time we’ve done a half board basis and the value was amazing, saving us a fortune for a family of 6 where we normally spend upwards of £150 a day on food and eating out. So overall a fantastic trip, a superb hotel with great staff, service and amazing facilities. "
