"Excellent, only negative was sky bar service, very slow even when not busy. Lock bar was excellent, staff, service , food and cocktails, definitely recommend. Check in staff excellent and very accommodating. "

"Loved the spa facilities and you could just relax in the hotel. Lots of places to chill, lovely places to have a coffee or enjoy a meal and a drink. A very relaxing, enjoyable break. Staff were all excellent, really friendly and made you feel very welcome. "

"Great place for a short stay. Clean & good facilities bit of confusion over payment…. Thought paid up front but hotel said not… so this is main reason for 4 not 5. Also close to late night pubs/ clubs…. So if you’re wanting to go to see early… probably not the place for you as the music can be quite loud. However, not an issue for us & slept really well. Ultimately good value for money & would stay again."

"Hotel was great! Very central, clean and a good size for 2 people. The bed was super comfy and the amenities were good. The only issue we had was the air conditioning wasn’t very good. It was a super hot evening so the room was very stuffy. When turning down the aircon it, not only, didn’t seem to change, it was also very loud so having it on overnight was a pain! Other than that it was a really great stay. "

"Following three failed attempts to check in on arrival due to an unmanned desk, the rest of the stay was excellent, mostly down to the wonderful Sunny whom ensured our stay was comfortable and with plenty of supplies due to the weather conditions. The only downside was a faulty light in our room which constantly flashed on and off during the night which disturbed our sleep a little. We reported it twice, hoping for repair or a change of room but it was a weekend so no maintenance was available...
