"We checked into our rooms after a 10 hr long flight and wanted to take a hot shower, freshen up and leave for evening activities. However, both rooms were in need of significant maintenance that cut in to our vacation time. In one room, there was no water pressure, the sink was not draining, and the shower drain was clogged. In the second room, the AC was not working, and it was so hot that it was unbearable. We had to call reception twice, and had to wait for an hour before maintenance showed...

"Es war ein rundum guter Aufenthalt im Hotel. Saubere Zimmer, nettes Personal, immer Wasser für Kaffee vorhanden, gute Lage und das Frühstück war gut. Die Bar und Frühstücksraum strahlen Gemütlichkeit aus."

"Good value for London. Hotel and rooms maintained to a very good, “fresh” condition. Very helpful and flexible staff. Rooms have good quality equipment and appliances - on the smaller side, but very much in line with London standards."

"Amazing apartment for me and my friends, and such a great location. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back 😌"

"We had a wonderful two-week stay during our trip to London. From the moment we made our reservation until the day we checked out, everything was seamless. The team was incredibly helpful, friendly, and responsive throughout our stay. Check-in and check-out were quick and effortless. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained, and the regular housekeeping service was excellent. The location was perfect—just a short walk from the tube station and supermarkets, making it...

The wifi and smart TVs all worked very well. Was very grateful for the portable AC unit for the time I was there during a heatwave.* Suggestions for improvement: *The walk-up to the top floor is steep and narrow and if you are a solo traveller with a lot of luggage or a pram, it is challenging. Someone who is not fit would find...

"I was notified about a flood issue in the original flat just 30 minutes before check-in and was offered a replacement, which was described as an upgrade. Unfortunately, the new flat also had a number of issues—including flooding. The windows were built into the roof and couldn’t be opened, so there was no proper ventilation. The WiFi was extremely patchy—almost unusable—which made working remotely nearly impossible. One of the sinks was leaking and so small it was barely usable, even for washing...

"This is a wonderful property for a small family (or two couples) wanting to spend a few days relatively close to central London. It’s conveniently close to Westbourne Park tube and also walkable to Hyde Park and beyond. The property itself is nicely equipped and the surrounding area is vibrant with lots of shops and restaurants - would definitely recommend "
