Khách sạn 4 sao tại Manhattan

"Great location, on the whole a good hotel. However the beds are small (you expect small rooms in New York!) and there are no tea/coffee facilities in the room. All I wanted to ask was if there was a restroom I can use so I don’t have to go to the 26th floor. And she goes “I’m not ready for you”. I waited till she was done and then asked. No regard...
