"The customer service lady was always ready to help and could answer all our questions.
The town of Bucerias was within walking distance and the shops there were fabulous. They also have a flea market.
The food at the buffet was top notch. Always a good spread and a different ethnic theme each evening."

"This place surprised me in a very good way! I read reviews and I was a little hesitant about it. I had a wonderful time at Dreams and Secrets. Service was excellent! Happy staff always w a great attitude! Food was great! All restaurants were delicious. All amenities were great. Staff way friendlier than Secrets Akumal for sure! I highly recommend this hotel. I will be coming back for sure. "
