"We booked the volcano panorama villa, and I'm so glad we did, because the weather was too cold to use the main pool which isn't heated. The hotel had a free shuttle to 2 near by spots, and you could also book paid tours for other spots. We took the free shuttle to the lake and the wangiri picture spots, the guide took amazing pictures, and then took us to an extra location which was a coffee plantation, they gave us free tasting of all their teas and coffees. "We had an excellent stay at the three-bedroom villa. The house is better in reality. It is very spacious and comfortable, well furnished, and the pool area is really pleasant bordering rice fields. The property manager and staff are very helpful. The only minus is the beach, which is quite unusable due to rubbish. You can walk on the beach but you cannot really sun bath or swim. I would definitely go back. "
