"We had an excellent stay at the three-bedroom villa. The house is better in reality. It is very spacious and comfortable, well furnished, and the pool area is really pleasant bordering rice fields. The property manager and staff are very helpful. The only minus is the beach, which is quite unusable due to rubbish. You can walk on the beach but you cannot really sun bath or swim. I would definitely go back. "

"When we arrived at the hotel they did not have our booking in their system and looked very surprised to see anyone there. We were the only guests at the entire hotel, but they still did not have a room available for us at 3.30pm when we arrived. We got our room at 4.30pm but was told we should wait 1 hour with using the private pool as they had just put in the chlorine. The rooms are a bit messy and dusty. "Fist the road leading to the property is nothing short of dangerous. Save yourself the injury and either walk down and up or just don't book this place. The owner is a weird man that will try to charge you extra for everything. I asked for a pool towel and he told me it would be a $3 charge per day to use a pool towel!! The sheets had hair on them. And no cover for the blanket. You're just supposed to sleep with the same bare blanket that the rest of the previous guests slept with. The shower...

"The rooms were very nice and the breakfast was amazing. However, they definitely need to improve on sealing the rooms as there are so many large gaps on every window and door as our kids had so many mosquito bites. They also need to close off the outdoor bathroom as my wife was unable to shower or use the bath tub in private as there was a room directly above the open bathrooms, there were also lots of ants and bugs crawling all over the bath tub so we couldn't enjoy it."

And I got to do some surf fishing as well. So all fine with me. The property is quite remote - around 2 hours from Denpasar airport. You get quiet but no party. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The property was clean and comfortable. Food choice from the kitchen is adequate. Overall a good value for your money."
