"Stayed here for work for 2 nights. Everything was, on the whole, good. Staff were mostly helpful, the restaurant was very nice with good food, the room was nice enough and comfortable.
If I had to ask the hotel to do better on a few things it would be this:
1. The sinks sit on the table in the bathroom, and hard to clean behind, so it looks like the cleaners just don't bother. Desperately needs a deep clean.
2. Doors and windows in my room didn't lock properly. I did report it, but they...

"Hotel and rooms need a lot of TLC, water takes a while to heat up and when it does the pressure in the shower is awful. Pool wasnt bad but there were no spa appointments avaliable depsite having a membership. And the junior suite dosent look like the photos. Ended up makkng a complaint andnit was rectified but still not happy with my stay. Wasnt worth the money I paid. "

"The hotel was reasonable priced and set in stunning grounds. My room was clean and comfortable. Nice to be able to use the pool at no extra cost. I would consider staying here again and would recommend. "

"Booked a double room, but hotel cocked up and gave us a double. When I went down to complain they said they had no other twins left so would ring around the other hotels, which at 11.30pm was not what we wanted, so - as was with my 17 year old son rather than a work colleague - we stuck with double room.
