"Great initial experience, finding the block after a 12 hour flight was a challenge, directions to the block could be better. Back door leading to balcony, the lock wasn't working on it, the staff communicated with me via email very well. Told me the door lock had been examined and was fine, I'm Not convinced. Great apartment, but that made me feel unsafe. "

"SPH is a classic hotel with great service. The rooms are large. The bathrooms are huge with high end fixtures, marble, double sinks, large walk-in shower, quality towels etc. Plenty of storage. Desk included. I love the public spaces, especially the courtyard that leads to the pool area. Plenty of parking. Water bottles, tea and coffee in the rooms as well as in the lobby. "Enchante is a hidden jewel. Luxury at its best; and impecably decorated. Perfection. The rooms are magnificent. We didn’t try the dinner, but the breakfast that was included is sub-par. The croissants were terrible and being a French hotel we expected something better. Overall, we will definitely return."

"This place is absolutely accommodating. I booked this hotel/room for my kids and my daughter lost her wallet on the way from Orange County to San Jose. By the time they checked in, she doesn't have any credit cards but the manager accommodated them due to unfortunate circumstance, BIG thanks to the hotel I am glad they did let my kids checked in since I was out of the country travelling. "The location of this Hyatt is great for those that go to the Levi’s stadium. The front desk could be a little bit more welcoming. Only issue really was the wet floor signs are made to blend with hotel and can’t see them. I knew the floor was wet but I almost slipped walking to the front desk maybe having more mat to dry shoes by front doors could help. Other than that we love staying there. "

"Overall great location. I felt safe there, parking my car in the garage and overall in the neighborhood. The walls are very thin and I was up at all hours hearing the TV from the next room! I was asked if I wanted housekeeping and I said yes. During my stay, housekeeping came exactly ONCE. The worst was the breakfast. I asked for half and half for my coffee. “ we only have oat milk” Twice!!! The food selection is downright poor. There’s room for improvement. "
