"We found the hotel excellent; the staff were very helpful and quite friendly (some reviews said otherwise but we met several people working there and all were great) We got the smallest room; which was quite small for two people but very clean and with nice furniture comfortable bed and new bathroom, good AC etc. Breakfast was very nice and relaxing. "One of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed - hotel is an old palace and the whole place is so unique. Only thing was it was a bit challenging to find the ‘front desk’ to check in (not the typical counter you expect to see at a hotel) so took us a little bit to check in etc but was such a lovely place to stay"

"This beautiful property set in the Umbrian countryside is the ideal base for exploring the gorgeous hill towns of Umbria. The rooms are large and elegant with balconies overlooking the pool and gardens with beautiful trees in the foreground and villages and churches beyond. "Una struttura nel cuore di Spello che è rimasta ferma agli anni 70. Camere arredate con mobili di quell'epoca e per di piu rovinati. Il letto di una scomodità come pochi. Non parliamo poi del bagno che meriterebbe una ristrutturazione da cima a fondo. La cosa che sicuramente pesa di piu è il fatto di aver trovato un wc palesemente vecchio in quanto si vedevano chiamaramente due strisce color arancio che scendevano in verticale, segno questo di un bagno inutilizzato e non pulito frequentemente....

"Struttura graziosa ma un po' datata, sviluppata su più livelli e senza ascensore. Il soggiorno è stato gradevole grazie anche al personale gentile e disponibile. Situata in zona tranquilla e in prossimità degli ascensori pubblici, è comoda per visitare Spoleto. "
