"The facilities were lovely, especially considering being right on Duval. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, we even got an early check in when our plane arrived 4 hours before our designated check in time! The location was perfect, anywhere we wanted to go was walkable. The pool area was so inviting and relaxing, we spent every morning there. The pool itself could have done with an improved filter, the water appeared to have a sheen of oil on top and debris in the pool. Nothing a shower...

"The rooms were beautiful, the staff and service exemplary. However: Construction made walking/access to pier inconvenient and dangerous. My husband, who is disabled, had to walk to the street to get an uber, instead of getting picked up at the door. We were not informed/forwarned about this when we made our reservation. The air conditioning unit in the room closet was extremely loud, and had a constant water drip."

"The room was amazing. We had a balcony that overlooked the pool. The staff are helpful and sincere. They bring fresh muffins daily to your room. We walked everywhere. There is a beach close by. I am a light sleeper and I slept well. "
