"Great stay at Playa Los Arcos. The hotel is in a great location in town and right off the beach. The pool had shade in the afternoon which was nice to be out of the sun if desired. Staff were very helpful - set up chairs and umbrellas on beach, drink service, and checked on us to ensure we had everything we needed. Overall the rooms were as expected and clean."

"I’ll start by saying the hotel is old. Despite that they’ve maintained it pretty well. This isn’t a luxury resort but if it tells you anything we booked another trip to return here in a few months on our way home. The staff is amazing and they were quick to address a maintenance issue in our room. "Service was excellent, food was amazing. I loved the pool and the restaurants. Rooms were ok, our bathroom door knob did not work, this was reported to staff but couldn't get to fix the issue. A couple ofbed sheets were permanently stained they should have been discarded."
