"Beautiful view of the ocean and the hotel was on the beach. We enjoyed the quiet, family friendly atmosphere. We followed the path to the beach and rented chairs and an umbrella everyday. Then we would head to the pool to enjoy the patio restaurant. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. "

"Quieter and more relaxed stay than some of the bigger and busier hotels in cocoa beach. Food was good and staff were all extremely friendly. And beach was quiet and not crowded. Happy I chose this hotel. P.s. Give the bartenders a fan."

"The resort was amazing and more than we were expecting. The amenities were fantastic as was the staff. Our unit was beautifully furnished and the views were amazing. The proximity to the beach and grocery store is just another plus. Our family had a wonderful time and I would highly recommend staying at the Discovery Beach Resort."

"My wife and I, along with 3 children really enjoyed this property. Best part was being right on the beach. Communication was great and the condo itself was beautiful. We will stay here again! "

"What a cute place! It’s a gem. Breakfast was tasty. The room was so comfortable- we didn’t want to leave. We borrowed bikes and rode to the beach and around the area. Good restaurants nearby too. Highly recommend!"

"We had a WONDERFUL time for a surprise trip for our daughter’s sweet sixteen. Hosts were wonderful, really went the extra mile with making us feel welcome, including a card/balloon/cupcakes for the birthday girl. (She cried!) Condo was beautifully decorated, had everything we needed and then some. Communication was excellent. Beds comfortable, bathrooms clean and stocked. We will be back, for sure! "
