I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The rooms were spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and the hotel’s location was perfect for exploring the area. Every detail exceeded my expectations, and I truly felt valued as a guest. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I will definitely be coming back!"

"I stayed at this 5-star hotel in Sarandë, Albania, and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. The hotel itself is very big, beautiful, and has a lot of potential, but the management and organization are far below the standard expected from a 5-star property.

"The hotel is greatly located within walking distance of many restaurants, bars and activities.
Being a Meliá rewards member, I asked if I can add my membership to my reservation to which the front desk staff said they are not aware of what that is.
Upon accessing the WiFi, I realised it was password protected, the password was not given at check in.

"When I first checked in, I was put in a room on the lowest floor. There were stairs with no access to lift for that floor. The room was dirty. Fridge was dirty. Bath was dirty.
