"The front desk staff and staff at breakfast were polite, friendly and helpful.
Check in was fast and easy. My room including large screen TV was very clean and spacious.
It was an excellent stay. Thank you."

"The staff were friendly and helpful and my room was spacious, bright, airy and clean. The bed was huge and very comfortable. The amenities were basic but I had everything I needed, including a much needed fan as it was a hot day! The hotel itself is nothing special, the decor is a little run down and in need of a paint job in some areas. My bathroom had rust in the bath and the finish was needing some tlc. The front entrance to the hotel clearly had a no smoking sign which was ignored as it had...

"Hotel stay was great, room was big enough for my family of 5 however was meant to be a double bed and 2 singles but one of them was a pullout matress with no sheets or anything so couldn’t use it.
No soap in bathroom either
But great location plenty of food and supermarket, petrol nearby and 8 mins from the pier.
Breakfast really bad I would avoid going at all waited around 30 mins to take order and when it came was not good couldn’t eat it. Also the hygiene wasn’t great as saw staff putting...

"We had a wonderful two night stay and would highly recommend it. Staff in all areas were exceptional and service provided was the best we've had at any hotel. Clean comfortable room, great breakfasts and the Park Brasserie provided an excellent dining experience."

"Great friendly staff, nice touch for the kids... they were given a voucher ea to to choose beteen, a cold drink, a hot choc with marshmallowsor an ice-cream from the bar. Slso free fizzy drinks, crisps and kitkats in the mini-fridge in tge room were nice touches.
The only downer for the hotel as a whole was that there was no air-conditioning in the bedroom or the bar area and so the environment was fairly hot and stuffy."
