"Reception was terrible they never explained anything about the resort tell us about our VIP check in and the perks. Concierge Chantal was amazing! The other staff were amazing except one at The Village Coffee shop didn’t let me have 1/2 of one flavor and 1/2 of the other flavor was rude.. The bed was like a rock and pillows horrible they needed to upgraded and get new mattress and pillows.. The food at the resort was super expensive ridiculous as was the coffee and the Village Cafe… It was worse...

"Property was extremely clean. The room had some minor issues like the bathroom sinks weren’t properly vented so it smelled like sewage when you ran the water. There was definitely some patchwork done on the walls. The TV in the bedroom did not have any channels and for some reason the AC unit and the bedroom did not get as cool as the AC unit in the living room, but there was a ceiling fan so we survived. The staff was extremely friendly. We did not use any of the pools, but they looked...

"I will not go back this resort in future. Location and properties were good but the staffs are not friendly and some of them has attitude . Breakfast menu is almost the same everyday and most are deep fried and all food rich with oil. For the dinner, you have to make a reservation, you can not just go eat within time limit (not the buffet style)and need to set up the time , the menu is not much to choice. I stayed for a week but I am not enjoy their food compare to other Caribbean Island all...
