Khách sạn 5 sao tại Bát Tràng

"Everything and everyone were great!"

"They got you feeling like a King and/or Queen here. I aint giving them a 5/5 for no reason on each checklist. The assistance and care given is immaculate. There's someone to open the front door, complimentary drinks refreshments are provided while you wait, and a small moist towel was offered to clean yourself up. Upon my arrival and final day, the helpers came out to assist with me and my friend’s luggage out/in the taxi. They were also sincere and accommodative when it came through questions...

"My husband and I recently celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary, and choosing Hotel du lac Signature in Hanoi was one of the best decisions we could have made. From the very beginning, the service was impeccable. Even before our arrival, the hotel’s sales team responded promptly to every inquiry. We asked about airport transfers and traffic conditions, and they arranged everything seamlessly. They even sent us thoughtful recommendations for how to make our anniversary trip extra special....

"GRAND du LAC is situated in a prime location, right in the heart of the Old Quarter and next to the St Joseph Cathedral. The ambiance is elegant, with beautiful architecture and top-notch services. The staff is friendly and professional, the rooms are exquisite, and the prices are reasonable. My only choice of hotel in Hanoi."

"Extremely helpful and courteous staff. Great location."

"I had a very enjoyable stay at the hotel. The hotel is beautiful, modern, and very well maintained. The room was comfortable, the bed was soft and cozy, which made my stay very relaxing. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of choices every day. The swimming pool was clean and beautiful, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The sky bar with its amazing city view and a nice drink was definitely one of the best experiences during my stay. The hotel also helped me book tour packages to...

"This is one of the best hotels I have ever been! The customer service was beyond phenomenal. The staff helped me to book tours, local restaurants, local bars...they all took care of me, making my stay unforgettable. First time in Vietnam and I could not be happier. "very cool place"

"phòng cũ, tủ móp méo xộc xệch, rất khác với diện mạo bên ngoài và lobby, trong phòng có chậu rửa (không cần thiết) nên bốc mùi cống, thảm cũ có mùi mốc, máy lạnh trong phòng không điều chỉnh được, bảng điều khiển vỡ, dán băng kẹo tạm bợ rất thô thiển mất thẩm mỹ"

"Loved this hotel and the front desk team especially Grace who went out of her way to make our stay special. Lovely pool, breakfast and amenities. Close walking distance to most things, but also an easy location to book a Grab. In a very busy area, it's quiet and offers a great balance if you want to relax, eat or sit at the skybar in the hotel without going out. It's exactly as the pictures depict and definitely one of the top hotels in the area."

"素晴らしいおもてなしでした！"
