"Located near Orchard Road. Nice lobby, large room, luxury bed. Love the bathroom! The staffs are so friendly."

"The overall experience was quite good. Three items prevented our rating from a 10. First, the numerous power outages that caused stoppage of elevators. Second, the room was nice but larger suitcases had difficulty in the space. Third, the shower hot water was not sufficiently hot although the sink was perfectly fine. If those items can be corrected you would get a 10 rating from us."

"We have stayed here previously in the Jewel wing which is the new section and very nice. Upon arrival the staff said we could have an upgrade to the original building. It was not as nice as Jewel room. Older and noisier. There is a trade off of being closer to facilities v newer and better room. "

"Reason why I rate lower for comfort was - when I booked the room for king size bed. I was given a combined single beds together. That really felt very uncomfortable. Best of all this was for my birthday celebration, yet this happened. Other than that, everything is perfect! I book staycations in Singapore and overseas very frequently, being able to have a relaxing weekend is important for me to recharge. "

"整體裝修風格非常萬豪，挺喜歡的。 浴室花灑很舒服，但廁所沒有手機的托盤小可惜。 服務非常friendly，房內點餐good service，向butler查詢一些景點內容都能回復。 另外，窗戶感覺有點髒，大玻璃景色很美但外墻有點污漬；然後房間裡面沒有usb充電頭有點需要更新了；以及用酒店打新加坡本地電話竟然要額外收費有點不可思議。"
