The hotel staff always greet you and remember your name. Which adds a very personal touch. No matter how long you are staying at the hotel they will treat you like a VIP. "The staff were all very helpful the location to Old Town is outstanding walking distance to the lake it is simply one of the best location I have stayed in in Hanoi. Although on a busy Rd there is little noise. A little touch up of paint here and there would not go astray. The bar staff upstairs at the rooftop bar were extremely friendly and the drinks presented good value for money."

"Located on a busy side street adjacent to major construction, access to the hotel can be a little problematic with traffic. Sound insulation in the rooms is not perfect. We were on the 9th floor and still heard street noise (as well as guests in adjacent rooms). Decor looks glam in photos but is actually quite tacky and a little cheap looking. That said, room was very clean and very comfortable. Pool and rooftop bar are both really nice and the breakfast buffet was excellent. "
