"We had a brilliant time staying at The Principal Madrid. Throughout our stay, all hotel staff were friendly and helpful with all my requests. They were able to lend me an adapter when I forgotten mine. I requested two beds and a quiet room and this was fulfilled. The terrace was lovely and had a splendid view of the city. Although they provide a dental kit, their toothbrush is not nice to use - bring your own toothbrush. There are many shops around the area; some local cafes and restaurants....
