"Many staff were not friendly while others were, could be a culture clash. Rooms were amazing and air cond. worked well. Gym is top of the line. Spa was ok, nothing extraordinary but for the rate it suffices. Breakfast is amazing! Pool hours are limited."

"Hôtel 5 étoiles confirmé,magnifique de part ses prestations et design,propre et agréable,personnel au petit soin toute en respectant votre séjour,très calme du lundi au vendredi mais attention le week end !petit déjeuner exceptionnel varié, crèche pour enfants,la touche finale des paon qui se promènent en liberté très apprécié et thérapeutique,spa un peu cher à mon goût."

"Great location
Nice pool and resting areas
Spacious rooms

Not up to the standard of other Sofitels I visited
Service:
Service was slow. We had to ask several times before getting anything
We were promised an early check-in but they kept delaying it
The staff is not well trained, lots of them didn't answer our questions about the facilities
Room:
Drain of shower was blocked
The terrasse attending the room was decorated with dead and ugly plants
There wasn't an automatic daily...

"We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel. The room was comfortable and well maintained, with daily cleaning that kept everything fresh throughout our stay. The food was excellent, with a great variety at the buffet, and we also really enjoyed the two on-site restaurants. The service was a standout, especially from Abde Samad and Mehdi, who were both friendly and attentive. The water park was a highlight and perfect for all ages, and having drinks available throughout the day...
