"I had a great stay, made even better by excellent customer service when I had a problem. Without this it could have been a really bad stay.
Really comfortable room and well appointed.

"This did not feel like a five-star hotel—barely four stars, in my opinion. The location and cleanliness were excellent, and breakfast offered good options with friendly service. Our junior suite was spacious, but the other rooms were surprisingly small for Lyon. The weak air-conditioning could not cool the rooms properly, and the common areas were average, with a tiny lobby.

Que dire ?
Il est devenu mon hôtel préféré à Lyon ainsi que le bistrot LE COMPTOIR où l'on déguste une cuisine très goûteuse dans une bonne ambiance et où après avoir bu un bon verre de Chartreuse on peut rentrer se jeter dans les bras de Morphée.
Un peu impressionné la première fois.
Tout est fait pour vous mettre à l'aise.
Les chambres cosy et les lits tellement confortables.
Tout est mis en œuvre pour un excellent séjour malheureusement toujours trop court.

"The breakfast is the biggest shortcoming overall.
1. The breakfast time is only until 10 a.m. Who will get up that early? If this hotel aims to serve wealthy guests, wealthy guests do not get up that early. Extend it to 11 a.m. or at least 10:30 a.m.
2. The breakfast quality is quite poor, with very limited food. Neither the $20 nor the $40 option matches the hotel level. None of the five-star hotels or Relais & Châteaux member hotels has such a poor breakfast.

"What a beautiful oasis! They are located on an island you were surrounded with beauty everywhere. There are plenty places to sit and relax outside with the views of the courtyard inside. Our room was a newly renovated, modern and beautiful. It was the first time during our trip in Europe. We had a large TV. Finally, the shower too was impeccable
I wished I took photos of the inside. We had a full kitchen and huge bedroom.
