"The rooftop was excellent and the staff there was fantastic. The food on the rooftop was also excellent. The check in staff was average. Checked us in and showed us to our room, didn't show us how to operate anything and the room lighting system is awful. It's digital button operated for everything, good luck getting a light on at night. The air conditioning is Mediocre. The bathroom was tiny and the "terrace" was an interior terrace open to nothing. The double superior room is not worth...

"Outstanding service with amazing dining. We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 day stay at Concepcio. The room was amazing and all the hotel staff could not have been better. Everything from breakfast in the morning to dinner and drinks in the evening were exceptional. The hotel is beautifully designed - chic but blending in beautifully with its ancient architecture. It's also in a wonderful location - easily walkable to all the sites. We wholeheartedly recommend the hotel and will be looking to stay...

"Quiet hotel in central location. Pleasant rooftop area with very cold plunge pool. Spa can be booked for a free 45 minute session which was pleasant. No air-conditioning during off-season and the bedroom was incredibly hot. We left our balcony doors open throughout the stay, but depending on your room this may not be safely possible. The room was well appointed but had almost no storage for clothes (one drawer, short hanging only) which was slightly frustrating. The bedside tables were just...

"This hotel is one of the best boutique hotels I have ever stayed in. Every room is different and all beautifully decorated. We had a de lux room that faced the square with a balcony. Very lovely. Staff helpful and roof top plunge pool definitely worth a visit . "

"The property itself is adorable, however, no parking, you could be dropped off but only if you know the streets, my gps did not take us here(very small streets). Also, the restaurant is beautiful but the food does not match the environment."
