"Our stay at the W was very relaxing and hassle free. We did encounter a problem with dirty sheets ( there was a chocolate and it was smudged) we were too tired to call and get them changed but when we brought it to their attention Elaina was so helpful and resolved it for us no questions asked, customer service was amazing and made our experience better "

"We just came back after 10 years. We were not disappointed! We love the brunch at La Croix. Looking forward to Scarpetta on our next visit. Stopped by the bar for a drink and to people watch and enjoyed live music and a lively but nice crowd. Love the LeLabo toiletries. Super comfy bed and pillows. I am A sucker for plush bathrobes and slippers which they offered. Was convenient to have an iron in the room too! We got to stroll Rittenhouse Square Park- which is directly outside. Great shops...

"Celebrated our 1 year wedding anniversary at the Ritz for 2 nights and it was amazing. Perfect. The check in process was quick and Bettina was so friendly. The lobby is gorgeous with a restaurant (open til 11pm)and bar open til 1am. Our deluxe king room was so nice with a city view. The location is perfect and we could walk to so many restaurants. This hotel is located right next to city hall, across the street from capital grill and McCormick and Shmicks. We were about a block from Del Friscos...

"I have never had a better experience at a hotel. I did thorough research to find the right place and it did not disappoint. The owners are the kindest, most genuine people. The property clearly demonstrates the meticulous care as well as effort for their guests. It is clean, cozy, enchanting, private and unique. I am actually sad that I cannot stay a bit longer but I’ve already rebooked my next stay. Also, if you’re visiting for the arts or artistic performances, then this is your perfect spot....
