She gave me my cards back and told me to insert my credit card then turns around & ask me is that a credit card. I bush that off got my room key went to the room before entering the room there was a dirty wine class by my door. Goes in the room it smell like smoke. "Our room wasn’t ready.. we requested early check in for 3… they knew we were traveling from a distance for a 70th surprise party and our ride was picking us up at 5:30. Our room was not ready until 10 minutes of five which did not even allow us to get showered. We literally had to quick cleanup, fix the hair, fix the makeup and throw on our clothes. The room smelled like smoke, we requested a king size bed. We got two double beds. Our toilet did not flush, not the Marriott. I’m used to staying...
