"Pools were great. cleaning crew were great. enjoyed the shows (silent party, retro dance and karaoke night) Food was sometimes bland and not fresh. Our toilet bowl had a leak at the bottom. Some staff were rude to us, cannot even apologize when they told us taxi/food is gonna arrive in x minutes but then end up arriving much later. "

"We had a good stay overall. The staff was definitely the best part of the experience everyone was friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our trip. The property itself was nice and relaxing, and the pools and beach areas were enjoyable. The room was comfortable, but cleanliness and upkeep could have been better in some areas, which is why I gave 4 stars overall. Food and drinks were decent with good variety. Overall, it was a nice vacation spot and we enjoyed our time there."

"Todo estuvo muy bien a excepción del servicio te tratan como que de mala manera más que nada eso fue como que el gran problema el trato por parte del personal les hablas y no te contestan o te ignoran si en el servicio falta muchísimo por mejorar nada que ver al nickelodeon de Cancún ahí el trato es excelente pero en el nickelodeon de punta cana deja mucho que desear ya que se puede considerar no pésimo pero si malo aparte hubo otro problema pésimo con expedia ya que se compró un paquete de cdmx...
