"This is an exceptional hotel in terms of their careful attention to the design and operation of the hotel and the quality of service. The rooms are lovely and the staff could not be more accommodating and helpful."

"Very clean and friendly/professional staff. Very charming hotel , would love to stay here again."

"This is a solid 3.5 star hotel. 1) They couldn’t make a reservation with a well known restaurant for me because they don’t have a relationship with the restaurant any longer 2) they dilute the shampoo and conditioner with water !!! 3) neither the bathroom sink or shower drains worked and 4) they served cold scrambled eggs. Worst, when approached with these issues, no apology given! We promptly checked out and went to the Park Hyatt !!!!!! "

"The staff at this hotel was extremely helpful and courteous. They had very good ideas for me when I asked questions. And they helped arrange the room bed clothing so that I could sleep cooler at night."
