"Always love staying at a CitizenM. Such great location, amazing room looking over the Christmas lights and friendly staff. On our last evening, one of the blinds got stuck, letting the light in but thankfully, the staff at reception was able to come up to the room and temporarily fix it so that we could sleep. The next day, when we left for breakfast, the blind was fully fixed. The only addition I would love in the room is a kettle."

"The location was so nice, having several stations near to the hotel. The staffs are friendly, but the cleaning the room was not enough, because the water was not refilled so I asked them to bring the water but they asked me to come to pick it up at the reception. The garbage bag was not resetteled in the dust box. I believe it came from that I forgot to pay the chip to the staffs. This is only the point that I was regrettable."

The hotel location was perfect for exploring central Paris and celebrating New Years Eve. We can't wait to visit again!"
