"We enjoyed our stay at your hotel. The bed was very comfortable, and we had plenty of space in our room. However, a second chair and another piece of furniture where we could put our things would have been helpful. Thank you for the welcome macarons and chocolates, and the note from the staff. A big huzzah for your staff: everyone was extremely helpful and accommodating, and we really appreciated the effort to get us tickets to a museum, as well as the restaurant recommendations and friendly demeanor each time we walked into the hotel. A special shout out to Asya, who was so kind and warm. She is a gem. The breakfast buffet was delicious!"
