The apartment floor was very dirty; we couldn't walk barefoot or in socks, it was filthy! We had to beg to get clean towels at least every 2 days. - Kitchen hood completely dirty and sticky. Nobody has cleaned it for years. - Both Washbasin faucets leaking. No maintanennce at all. - No safe. When we asked for it was said that it should be in the closet. There was not and they answered that our room did not have one. "Interesting 100 year old boutique hotel with an excellent restaurant on the ground level. We were upgraded to a suite and much larger room, which helped with the experience. Parking garage is across the street in a small public garage, but is convenient and easy in/out."
