"The front desk staff was really kind and helpful. He let me do early check in without extra charges. The room was really clean. The bathroom is really spacious but the shower regulator needs to be replaced because it so difficult to get warm water. It's either too hot or too cold. "

"Room was filthy. The shower and sink leaked. No towels. Had to get 4 room keys to open the door. None of them worked. The ice machine never worked either. Parking was supposed to be included it was not. Do not recommend this hotel. "

"Was very disappointed this trip. Upon checking in, they placed us in a room that was already occupied, of which we walked in on a "coupe" which was very embarrassing. After going down to the front desk to inform them, they placed us in another room and then double charged us. I still have not received a refund and every time I call them they say it will take 5 days to refund. Still have not received it. It is very disappointing, as we travel and stay at this location all the time."

"Very nice place and extremely clean. Located is conveniently located near airport with a 24 hr shuttle that runs constantly. Would definitely recommend and stay here again when in Miami. "

"Unfortunately on Sunday after being out for about 5/6 hours we came back to our room at 5pm to find it had not been serviced. It was a very busy weekend due to events in the area, the focus seemed to be on cleaning room for incoming guests not the current guest. We were not impressed."
