"We requested to clean room but they did not. When we asked receptionist, they afirmed that room had been cleaned. Then, housekeepers came and asked us to hang out for 20 mins. After 40mins, I questioned recept whether they finished or not? I was being tired and sleepy. They told me that their staff has finished for a while. "At check in, they kept insisting we have not paid for our room!, we had to show her our cc statement that it’s paid for. They won’t give us a room with a view, even though we were the only people staying there. We had to keep our curtains closed throughout as it was directly to an open top of the next building. At checkout, we were asked to pay for our room again! On our insistence, they let us go, as I said’ we paid for our room when we booked! Nice hotel, but the insisting that we have not...

"The best place and the best service!! We loved our stay here, special shoutout to My for hosting us and becoming our first Vietnam friend The garden is so lovely to relax in, great detox place. Also the food is 10/10. We will hopefully be back one day with our friends and family. "
