"I like how close the restaurants and other things to do being so close to the hotel. The room was clean and they do provide breakfast but it needs improvement there should be more staff to clean behind children and people rushing in and out."

"We had an overall nice stay, some of the staff was great! We had a couple encounters with not pleasant staff as well, Robert at the pool bar was quite rude, and the pitboss working the Sunday morning on the front left tables was also extremely rude. The hotel and grounds were beautiful and the restaurants were great."

"This was a beautiful hotel. The staff were absolutely amazing and our room was very clean! We cruised and came in early and we were able to have breakfast which was a very decent breakfast as well, as well as use all the amenities of the hotel like the pool and such! Unfortunately another group of people took over the pool area and where drunk, loud and started fighting which resulted in broken glass and cops being called! Otherwise it was a beautiful hotel and I cannot praise the staff enough,...

"Aprox. between 4 and 5 in the morning someone tried to enter my room while we where sleeping. They did open the door but if it wasnt for external lock they would have made it in to the room. It was a scary situation especially for my two daughters of 8 and 11 y/o."

"Everything about my stay was exceptional the staff to the cleanlines of the hotel the amenities were amazing. Only thing that threw me off a little was the elevator it just one working so the wait for it was a little time consuming. But other than that everything was great definitely will be back again."
