We had a couple encounters with not pleasant staff as well, Robert at the pool bar was quite rude, and the pitboss working the Sunday morning on the front left tables was also extremely rude. The hotel and grounds were beautiful and the restaurants were great."

"This is easily one of the worst properties I have ever stayed in. Firstly the check in information arrived significantly later than it was supposed to after I had to chase the host. Secondly, the images shown in the listing were nothing like my apartment. The bathroom was tiny with a shower that was either freezing cold or scolding hot with no in between. "I literally come here every time I need to stay in Broward FL. The team is amazing so helpful, quick to get situated, and welcoming. 10/10 close to Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, CVS, Wawa, etc 10/10 for me"
