"Trey at the front desk was a big help. Free breakfast was great with lots of options. Laundry room and fitness room free for guests . Pool was calm and clean, with a fire pit and grill available for guest use. House keeping was a little slow…took most of the day for them to tend to our room, but aside from that, the service was great! 20 minutes walk /5 minute drive to HARD ROCK CASINO HOTEL and 12 minute drive to Fort Lauderdale airport."

We had a couple encounters with not pleasant staff as well, Robert at the pool bar was quite rude, and the pitboss working the Sunday morning on the front left tables was also extremely rude. The room we got reserved in had a very musty smell to it, we looked around and there was growing black mold under the sink. "I got a suite here for a one night stay before a cruise. Property was ok, nothing special and a bit outdated. It seems they tried to update it but left some things, like the bathroom, unchanged. Also the AC unit in the room was so loud it was difficult to watch TV and/or sleep. Pillows were horrible. The price for one night, $200, also seemed very high for the quality of the property. Front desk attendant and bartender were very nice though. OK for a night but wouldn’t stay longer."

"My reason for a good rating overall was because of the bathtub shower. First, when you stepped in the bottom of the tub was slippery ... perhaps some cleaning solution that created the issue. And, the handicap bars were placed in a strange location on the back wall ... much better to have a bar across the back wall. I found the staff to be exceptional ... front desk and restaurant. Very considerate and engaging. I would definitely stay at this location once again ... very comfortable."

"The rooms on the website and the room that was given had at least 50 years of difference between them. Going to the front desk to ask for plates forks and pots and being denied was absolutely wild and defeated the purpose of booking a hotel with a kitchen. The bathroom was digusting and the fan over the stove and grease and mold all over it. Just felt like i was in a squatters space."
