"During my visit, the TV in my room stopped working for about 1–2 hours due to a technical issue. While this was a bit inconvenient, the front desk team was exceptionally friendly and did their best to make things right. I truly appreciate their efforts and hospitality — they made the downtime feel less of an issue.
Overall, a comfortable stay with great service and a good breakfast. I’d be happy to come back again."

"If you are in a tough situation and need a safe apartment style with a kitchen place to stay or live this is a wonderful option. Cost efficient considering it is essentially an studio apartment. Also has duplex 2 story style rooms as well. If it wasn't for a hotel like this I wouldve been in much much worse situation. This place saved me and put a REAL roof over my head for a few weeks while also having the ultra rare stove/oven kitchen to cook REAL meals. Extremely thankful for this place"
"So happy we stayed here when we were in Richardson for a wedding. We went ahead and book the premium suite and it was great. So spacious I love that the hotel was recently. I would upgrade to the bigger space if you are thinking about it. It’s right next-door to a really good coffee shop and you can get breakfast for 6.99 in the morning. I’ll be checking out more Cambria properties."

"Clean property with ample parking. Convenient to the freeway and easy reach of lots of stuff. The AC broke in my first room but they immediately moved me to another room, no worries. Pleasant staff, good breakfast. Was very busy with families and kids sports teams. But even with breakfast being full and the bar being hopping till late it was well managed and kept up. Daily housekeeping kept the room nice too."
