"The shuttle is two blocks from the hotel. Staff were very helpful! Breakfast is good and plentiful (not cheap but no food in Reykjavik is). Clean, and very quiet rooms . Best bed in 3 weeks! Worst disappointment was clouds during the Aurora!"

"I had tge front desk book my bus to the airport and it never showed up. So i was out 60.00 Canadian. I requested a 5am bus and when i looked at it it was booked under flex. "

"Great, central location. The hotel restaurant and adjacent Starbucks are great pluses. The manager (with red hair) went above and beyond to explain tours with us. She has the greatest personality and disposition which helped a lot when planning our trips during our first trip to Iceland."

"This was a very nice upscale hotel. Our room was quite comfortable. The bathroom included a walk-in shower and soaking tub. Wifi was great. Several restaurants and a bar on property. There is paid covered parking or free uncovered parking. We loved being able to pick up snacks in the lobby for our next adventure. Great stay! The sculpture and waterfront walk isn't too far away."

"This hotel was a great choice for our stay in Reykjavik. Its location is fantastic, close to shops, restaurants, and sights. The staff is so nice too... one of the young ladies there even gifted our boy some Easter treats. Very sweet! Literally ;)"

"Great location - if you have 3 or more people, get the apartment - it’s is spacious. The only down side is all the twin beds in the apartment needs to be replace - they are sagging. Otherwise , this place serve a min of 4 star. Thank you and God Bless!"
