"The hotel and room were very clean. The bed was soft and the room was really cute. The AC worked really well and the staff were quick to help with a couple requests. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you!!"

"We had an amazing stay- great staff and food was amazing. Thank you so much"

"The hotel has clean modern rooms and the interior decor is also modern. The lobby is large with modern restroom facilities also located here. The housekeeping staff are attentive and helpful. The restaurant staff are helpful and friendly. Door/valet staff are pleasant and polite. The location is central but quiet surroundings. Breakfast buffet variety was fairly good, including fresh pancakes, eggs being made to order, there could be more non-veg options. Pastries did not taste fresh. We also...

"Convenient location. The staff very helpful and the amenities were good! Breakfast was very good as well as dinner and drinks ."

"Extremely Disappointing Experience – Worst Hotel in Jalandhar! I booked the Maharaja Suite, expecting a premium stay and a luxurious experience, but what I encountered was absolutely pathetic. The towels were dirty, and the curtains had holes in them. If this is the condition of their premium suite, I can only imagine the state of their standard rooms. To make matters worse, the staff lacked basic manners and professionalism. The overall experience was far below expectations and completely...

"Bom! Mas tive que sair antes do checkout porque desligaram o ar condicionado do meu quarto e mesmo eu pedindo pra religar isso não foi feito. O checkout era ao meio-dia, mas tive que sair do quarto pra outro local por volta das 10:30 horas porque não aguentava o calor do quarto, mas precisava ficar deitada devido ao meu estado de saúde."

"Pool out of order Leaking in the room Loud music until late , couldn’t sleep"

"There ant in the room otherwise very good stay"

"Absolutely terrible experience at Country Inn Jalandhar I had already paid for a full day and night stay, but when I called one day in advance to request an early check-in at 12 PM instead of 2 PM, the hotel demanded an extra ₹1500. Charging guests extra for just a couple of hours despite paying for the entire booking is nothing short of greed. To make things worse, when I arrived, I was left standing at the reception for 10–15 minutes while the staff casually ignored the urgency of the...

"Our stay at The Hotel Imperia was very comfortable. The staff were helpful and made us feel very comfortable and safe. We stayed in a suite which was spacious and idea if you are in a group, you can sit together. The property also had different banquet halls which can be booked for parties or meeting. It is situated in Model Town very hip and trend food establishments and bars. Buzzing with retail shops and eateries. We loved staying there. Will visit again for sure."
