"We stayed in a deluxe king room. It was very spacious and loved that it had a barn door to close off the room from the “living space/sofa bed area”. There was also a door on the restroom which was also appreciated. We had a great stay the only thing we did not like was the parking. It was first come first serve and if you didn’t find a space, you had to park in the alley behind the hotel or on the street. "Booked this hotel for DayTrip Festival 2026. The room was clean and well-maintained. The staff were helpful with my needs (extra key after losing my mind at the Main Stage). The hotel is next door to a Wendy’s that is open late (2am ish?) Great for grabbing a snack after a night of raving. Large parking lot with available spaces. Truly 10/10 and no complaints. "This is your basic motel: nothing special — small room; refrigerator didn’t work well; shower drain didn’t drain well; looked like some Tilex could be used. Blackout curtains were nice. A/c blew cold — it was loud, but I consider that white noise. 🙂 No soap in room so I had to go back to front desk to get some. Towels were clean. Small parking lot, so I parked on the street. Nothing special — again, a typical(?) motel room."

"One of the worst nights I have spent in a very long time. The walls are paper thin and the room above had people stomping and making noise all hours of the night and early morning. The bed frame is very squeaky, and you can hear not only your own but the neighbors beds making noise. You can also hear people from nearby rooms talking at what would be considered a fairly normal level through the walls. "Maids were super nice, front desk gentleman not so much. The female manager was very nice as well. I was just very disappointed. This is not a traditional Ramada Inn. It use to be some motel or living hotel that got purchased out by Ramada Inn. The fitness center has JUST a treadmill, broken row machine and 3 dumbbells in a 10 x 10 room. If you just need a place to stay it is fine, but it you want a mixture of an experience and place to stay. Personally this isn't it."

"Staff were very helpful and kind, but the hotel itself was rough. Expect peeling paint, scuffed and stained walls and floor boards and creaky beds. Linens seemed clean but stained. Though there was a strong bleach smell in the room, we found remnants of previous guests. Curtains let street light pour in. Our neighbors were pot smokers and smells permeated the walls. "Likes...The property is well kept. Lots of parking. Walking distance to the Mall. Close to the freeway. Dislikes.....I was locked out of my room on the second day, the key had to be reprogrammed. My room was not cleaned, no clean sheets nor was my bed made. (Which I thought was a part of housekeeping.) There were two chairs but no table for eating. The air conditioner was loud and although its a non smoking facility, you smell Marijuana all down the hallway."
