"I would have rated it a 1 but I didn’t see any bugs. The rate is too high to stay here. The placed was dirty, the carpet was filthy. It’s old but was maintained well."

"The room was clean and nice, the staff were kind and helpful. Why not 5 stars from me? Well I recommend researching PR Food and Wine festival which is hosted at the resort. We were told that the very loud music would end at 10pm but it didn’t end until 12A Friday and Saturday. Due to this event you aren’t able to access the full property to include all the pools and the open pools close early. While the room appeared clean there was black mold in the bathroom sink’s overflow hole. I did make staff aware and I think it may be addressed. In all I’d say expect what’s advertised unless something is going on."

"I would not recommend and we will not return. Overpriced for what you get. I would not come back. Front desk staff is just ok. Their advertised breakfast for 2 is not accurate, as they give you a 45 dollar allowance ( which you basically have prepaid anyways) towards their expensive breakfast. Food is good, even though they don't always have whats on the menu actually available. In room storage is minimal, two medium sized drawers and 5 hangers... Pool is small, amount of lounge chairs for guests is not enough. Bathrooms by the pool are not very well mantained, dont always have handsoap etc... The beach is tiny, rocky and its not recommended to swim in the ocean, so if you are looking for beach front property this one missed the mark, you can see the ocean but not really go on a beach walk let alone dip in the water. One thing that was remarkably great was houskeeping. They were great at keeping the rooms and the hotel neat and tidy. We will be back to PR for sure, but not back to this hotel."

"for anyone who wants to go to sleep before midnight, don’t count on it on a Saturday night; the hotel was extremely noisy between road traffic and the rock bands on the patio. It was impossible to get away from."

"From the outside, the hotel is pretty good. Once inside you can see the lack of cleanliness. Looks like they are remolding and have a done a terrible Job at it. Paint all over the handles and on things besides the walls. The pool feels dirty and the rooms are not maintained. Our fridge, sink and counters were filthy. Dishwasher was running when we checked in. Took almost 48 hours to get towels. You can hear everything through the walls. It’s like being in an apartment, every night we have all been woken up from someone. There’s 24 of us here and we have all been less than impressed. "
