"The staff were all amazing and very helpful - lovely to see so many genuine smiles. The hotel was spotless and modern. Breakfast was varied and well stocked regardless of the time you sat down. The restaurants were lovely with good quality food - although not stunning and a little expensive (coming from Britain). We had a standard double room with two extra beds and there was still room to move around. The pool was surprisingly small, but when we visited in February it wasn't crowded, the kids...

Highly recommended to those who would like to drive from Abu Dhabi to Dubai. The location is in the heart of Yas Island, 10 minutes drive to Yas bay, and 5 minutes to Yas Mall."

"I had a great experience. We ended up getting a little early there and they were able to accommodate us with a room. The vibes were great and so were staff. "

The communication was great but; - Soap and towel for washing the dishes are not provided - our toillet was leaking so needed to wait for the handy man to come and needed to wait 4 hours once they fixed it to use. And theybused the 2 rolls of paper thatbwe had. - The floors were not super clean. "

"Staff were friendly at all places from reception to restaurant staff at breakfast to cleaning ladies - all excellent the tech staff were so attentive- i had small issue with connection in my room - they were at room in 5 mins and fixed it Room (Suite) was spacious - lots of room Breakfast was great- staff were so friendly there too "
