The customer service lady has no knowledge at all she wanted to charge me 150 AED for a bed that I already booked but then the other guy came and said that it’s already paid and it took hours for them to get the bed. We didn’t have towels in our rooms and took. Forever for them to get us the towels

The hotel waa dirty, smelled of smoke. We got smoke free room. Even changed the room, but the room still smell as smoke, evwn the pillows had smoke smell. If we called to get something, took too long time to get it from the staff. We paid for extra bed for th room, it litterally took more than 8 hours for the hotel staff to place in room. When we were ready to sleep, called 4 times in 1 1/2 hour then it came.

Bad experience from checkin to checkout. they dont answer phones, no hot water in the shower (only warm water) the breakfast is not for 5 star hotel, they cleaned the room but did not put towel and shampo. they called me at 11 am to check when im going to do checkout.

They have not provided twin beds and they said its not guaranteed and not available although option was selected for bed preference, after long wait they provided a room with AC that is not working, called them to send maintance people they didnt show up, after two hours they changed the room to a room without cabinets hangers and attitude of the staff was not good ! Never staying there again

Unfortunately we didn’t have the best experience. This is definitely not a 5 star hotel. The AC for the room we were given wasn’t working; we needed to head out right after check in to F1 but they said a technician was coming to fix it while we were out. We made it back to the hotel 8 hours later to find the room temperature hotter than before. Called the front desk to request a different room. They took long time to come over to give us another room, one smaller but with working AC and only one towel (we were two in a double room!). The closet doors were not sliding properly, which made it difficult to accommodate our belongings, plus there was only one hanger… The ceiling in the shower had mold, and the water pressure was poor. Staff were nice and the bed was comfortable

There is no reason to stay at Millennium Al Rawdah
The thermostat cannot be controlled from the room, you actually have to call down to the desk to ask them to adjust. The hot water was out for 4 or 5 days straight and they kept saying it would be fixed soon but took several days. meanwhile...cold showers. Breakfast was never hot and seldom even warm. scrambled eggs were very similar to soup and extremely undercooked and you could sometimes see that the milk that was added had started to separate in the "warming" dish. very annoying to call down before 7am to inform that you have laundry to be picked up and find that when I return in the evening it was not picked up and even the cleaning people just pushed it aside and semi-cleaned the room but did not attend to the cleaning. in order to go to and from the parking garage i had to walk thru the bar areas and the smoking area on the 1st floor. ended up smelling like cigarettes for a while at work and then in the room. And last, the pounding music from the bars downstairs is every nigh and continues until 5am and 8am without fail. If you ask them to cook an omelette it was very burned (see pic)There was never a single night in two weeks that I was not awakened more than once. The gym was an absolute mess and the weights never seemed to be picked up and replace over many days. Very, very unsafe.

Had a bad night my room over the night club woke up at 12 couldn’t sleep had to move at 2 to another room. Music was too loud no way to sleep. My room was on the third floor above it.

The room was COVID sanitized. Room furniture looked dated as did the entire hotel, maybe 1970’s styles. The breakfast buffet not worth the price - and the food was subpar.

ADIPEC HOTEL STAY
Stayed during ADIPEC as hotel was close to exhibition centre, Room was a decent size, with everything I needed, perhaps a few more sockets to charge devices would help. Breakfast was a little basic, and same every day but ok. Also used victors for dinner and food was good.

Exercise Extreme Caution
Hotel is not being maintained and is beginning to look and feel very run down. Too many things to list but examples include broken toilet flusher, inoperable TV remote, filthy air vents in room, room service leftovers sitting in hallways for hours, dodgy food quality and shady spa business being operated in the back of the hotel. Location is decent and the staff are trying but lots needs to change before I would return.
