"After arriving and checking into the hotel I find out the rooms are rented by the hour. The main room itself was clean enough but the bathroom was an absolute disaster. The place smelled very strongly of smoke and freshener to try to cover up the smell of smoke. It was so strong I got a headache from it. The wifi only worked in certain parts of the hotel which meant that I did not have a functioning tv as it only worked off the wifi."

"Air conditioner works but no heat at all, I had to sleep in my hoodie to stay warm. Parking is $45 a day for 24h and you have to walk about 7min to get there. One night would cost you $190. "

"We love this hotel and always stay here when we come to NYC. Staff is very friendly and the included breakfast is perfect. Clean and efficient rooms. And location good for getting to manhattan. 5 min walk to metro! Highly recommend."
