"Sehr tollen Aufenthalt gehabt auch wenn nur für eine Nacht. Auf eine späte Check-in und Out Anfrage kam man mir sehr freundlich entgegen und wurde auch gestattet. Hatte somit eine erholsame Nacht und ein schönes Frühstück mit Aussicht. Lieben Dank! 💗"

"Hôtel familial, pas très grand bien situé non loin de panormos ou vous pourrez aller flaner et manger dans de bons restaurants. Belle vue sur la mer, hôtel très minimaliste et calme pour les personnes qui recherchent la simplicité. La piscine est grande et très peu fréquentée pour ceux et celles qui souhaitent en profiter et offre un super cadre sur la mer. Petit déjeuner très simple qui mériterait peut être un peu plus de variété. Stella malgré la barrière de la langue reste très accessible...

"I fully recommend this place eyes closed, 1000%. The service I just can’t describe it. Whenever we needed something we got it right away. The staff were incredibly polite, attentive, welcoming. This place is very peaceful. 15 mins away driving from rethymno so if you want to be closer to everything ( restaurants, old town, etc then this place wont be your best choice. Regardless, is worth going. You can make reservations to eat at Kapsaliana hotel."

"We had a fantastic relaxing time at Creta Royal hotel. Hotel staff were very professional and attentive. Hotel and room were spotless all areas cleaned everyday. Food was amazing both at breakfast and dinner with lots of choice for both meat eaters and vegetarians something different everyday. Desserts were also varied and enjoyable.Beach and pool areas were wonderful. Enough chairs and parasols for everyone. Bus number 20 is 2 euros into rethymno old town easy and accessible. Bus is evey hour....

"The host are above and beyond amazing. They went out of their way ro make.sure we had an amazing trip. We had a conflict and they not only let us change our stay, but advocated for us with the company we booked it thru. We can't say enough how highly we recommend this peaceful place. Its location is also stellar. Close to everything you could possibly want."

"We had an excellent stay here. The staff is so kind and friendly. We received room upgrade which made it an extra nice stay. The AC works well, the bed if comfortable, the bathroom was spotless, and the view from the balcony was lovely! We would stay here again! It is on top of a hill, and not an insignificant one so keep that in mind when booking. They also have a free parking lot!"

"Sehr gutes Hotel, direkt am Strand. Alle Läden und Restaurants sind direkt vor Ort. Die Altstadt erreicht man gemütlich zu Fuß. Zimmer 1A sauber, groß und sehr modern (neu renoviert). Personal sehr nett und aufmerksam. Es war immer gute Stimmung, die Bar ist sehr entspannt auch am Strand gibt’s Musik. Die Liegen sind sehr bequem. Essen & Trinken sehr lecker. Das Hotel verdient definitiv mehr als 3 Sterne! Wir kommen gerne wieder :-) Danke!"

Best to get google maps to bring you to Krousonas town center and then put in the property address. Google maps in Crete will have you go down goat paths and should not be trusted. "Eigentlich alles perfekt - bis auf das Essen. Bin wirklich nicht verwöhnt, aber sowohl Fisch als auch Fleischgerichte waren IMMER nicht genießbar: zu Tode gegrillt oder gebraten. Kein Saft, kein Geschmack, hart & zäh. Ferner war das Live Cooking im Restaurant aufgrund einer fehlenden leistungsstarken Abzugsanlagen eine Räucherei der Gäste. Hier ist noch ganz viel Luft nach oben. Würde das Hotel aufgrund der Küche nicht nochmal buchen."
