"The staff at Vancouver couldn’t have been nicer or more accommodating!!! They were so friendly and helpful and even went above and beyond to put us in a room that was more accessible for us and our infant. The room was excellent, clean, and we would 1000% stay here again. A short walk to two metro stops, and in such a quiet location, it’s totally worth it!!"

The double room I had did not have adequate means to work as I was on a business trip but overall the room was comfortable, warm (despite it being freezing outside) the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Would recommend for the price paid and stay again. "

The temperature thermometer in our room was not working so the room was a little overheated, but we were able to crack open the windows and everything was fine. For some reason, the telephone in our room was not working so we could not call down to the front desk, but when we mentioned it later, they said there was a manual...
