"Very pretty property, but old! Needs upgrading. Our AC did not work well, and our bathroom ceiling was leaking. We asked for 1 bet got 2 twins. Other than that the staff was great, the location was pretty good."

"The reception was a huge problem. They didn’t have my reservation anywhere. I had to wait for over an hour and call Expedia support to get my room. The room was clean and it had a wonderful view. The place was extremely overcrowded. The pool water was filthy. The pool bathrooms were filthy and the beach was absolutely disgusting, totally filled with trash. "

Le petit déjeuner est tellement riche ainsi que les repas proposés au soir. On a beaucoup aimé le balcon et sa vue sur le Smouha club afin d’apprécier la vie tressée rythmée des habitants. La literie est vraiment confortable. Ne pas oublier la tradition des tips (pourboire) qui est très répandue."

The receptionist came to my room by false pretense there was water problem at 23:00 and made advances. I asked him to leave, he said sorry but it was too late. I was shocked and pissed. Packed my things and left the hotel the morning after. Contacted hotels,com to complain,and now the person says i was the one making advances. Unbelievable, i guess as a woman i...

"Great view from the rooftop, breakfast was decent. Had full espresso bar. Room was nice and comfortable, and AC was great. Loved the style and decorations of the hotel."
