Khách sạn Adams Basin

"Very clean property The staff are the most amazing Hotel team I've ever had, they were all friendly, engaging and very helpful. The manager does a wonderful job interacting with his staff and the guests."

"It was great"

"Great stay, great price, great breakfast, lovely staff! Will return"

"Rolls-Royce, how would we go back again?"

"Y"

"The motel is having a little problem with plumbing - toilet running constantly, heat/cold in shower. Other than that, perfect location for me."

"Great place to stay. Maybe the only complaint would be its seculded location, but on the other hand, it can be a plus for some."

"The shower didn't work, the TV didn't work and the phones didn't work. I asked the hotel staff to call me to discuss the situation and they didn't. I emailed the property and asked them to address the situation and they didn't. They clearly didn't care once I had left."

"Property was clean and well lit. Safety measures such as key fob needed to gain entry to rooms from foyer. Very happy and pleasant front desk staff"

"Clean rooms. Perfect location to pull into after 14 hours of travel! Close to the airport but still very easy to come and go as needed."

"Clean, Fresh, and Enjoyable Stay! I really enjoyed my stay at the Hampton Inn Brockport. My room was very clean and had a great, fresh clean smell as soon as I walked in. Check-in was easy and the overall experience was wonderful. I would definitely recommend it!"

"Great hotel for a weekend visit. I choose hotels based on their pools and this one was always empty, very large....but a little too cold for my liking. Breakfast was great. Room clean and the pullout bed was comfy (more like a futon without a metal bar that many have!) Supposed to have cleaning every other day, but only had it once in five days. We got extra towels so we were ok. Frig and microwave in the room, which is nice. Nicole at the front desk was super helpful! We will stay again."

"Its a fine hotel for the price. I wish they had microwaves in the rooms."

"Great location near the way. Pleasant helpful staff. Very comfortable bed."

"Room and bathroom looked clean. Bed linen didn’t look clean. Staff were friendly and willing to help. Breakfast didn’t have many choices, enough for our needs. But 7am to 9am is not practical. Shuttle service is good. It works to take you to the hotel and back to the airport. I learned that you can leave your car in the hotel parking lot when you leave, until you come back for a lot cheaper than in the airport itself."
